香港出租車夜晚拉客常常遇鬼，比如夜車司機(jī)林中發(fā)（古天樂飾）就差點(diǎn)載一女鬼（羅蘭飾）前往荃灣，而同事“快車長(zhǎng)”（雷宇楊飾）卻遇見某女扮鬼詐騙，隨后又載真女鬼前往和合石火葬場(chǎng)。嗜賭成性的林中發(fā)收工后被追債上門，為躲賭債不得已攜妻子（李蕙敏飾）和兒子安仔搬入陰陽路上某廉價(jià)大屋，卻發(fā)現(xiàn)房中鬧鬼，嚇得安仔夜夜哭泣不停。林中發(fā)向屋中鬼魂（吳毅將飾）賭咒發(fā)誓，若幫他暢通財(cái)路，便愿將自己所有一切分半同享。第二日，林中發(fā)發(fā)現(xiàn)屋中出現(xiàn)一組神秘?cái)?shù)字，從此他所向披靡，逢賭必勝；但林中發(fā)沒想到的是，屋中鬼魂要分的不僅是他的財(cái)富，還有他的妻子和兒子……
